Cause ID = 1/2/3
AFCI check fails.
1. Turn off the AC output switch and
DC input switch. Then turn on the
AC output switch and DC input
switch after 5 minutes. If the fault
persists, contact Huawei technical
support.
2. Disable the AFCI function if you
are sure not to use it.
Cause ID = 1/2/3/4
The PV string cable is in poor
contact or with open circuits.
Check whether the PV string cable is
in poor contact or with open circuits.
If yes, reconnect the cable.
Cause ID = 1/2/3
During inverter software
upgrade, the version of the
software loaded is incorrect.
Check whether you have performed a
software upgrade recently. If yes,
upgrade the software to the correct
version again.
Cause ID = 1
The upgrade does not end
normally.
Perform the upgrade again.
Cause ID = 1
The flash memory is
insufficient.
The flash memory has bad
sectors.
1. Replace the monitoring board.
2. If the monitoring board is built
into the monitoring device, replace
the monitoring device.
If you cannot rectify faults with the measures listed in the preceding table, contact Huawei technical
support.
