9 Troubleshooting
If a UPS runs abnormally, rectify the fault by referring to the following table.

Symptom Possible Cause Measures
The active power supply
is normal, but the LCD is
o and no buzzer beeps.
The mains input power
cable may be loose.
Check that the input
power cable is
connected.
The mains input power
cable is mistakenly
connected to the output
terminal of the UPS.
Correctly connect the
mains input power cable
to the UPS mains input
terminal.
and blink on the
LCD and the buzzer
beeps once every second.
The external or internal
batteries are incorrectly
connected.
Check that all batteries
are connected correctly.

The UPS is overloaded. Remove excess load from

bypass mode.
Remove excess load from
the UPS output.
The UPS is overloaded
for many times in a short
period. The UPS works in
bypass mode, and it
directly connects the
equipment to the active
power supply.
Remove excess load from
the UPS output, and
then shut down and
restart the UPS.
