6.1.1.1 Setting the Learn Delay Interval
The learn delay interval is the length of the interval between automatic
learning cycles. Perform the following steps to change the interval:
1. Open the drop-down menu in the Auto Learn Mode field.
2. Set the learn mode as Auto (the default).
3. Change the number of hours in the Learn Delay Interval field.
You can delay the start of the learn cycles for up to 168 hours (7
days).
4. Click Go
6.1.1.2 Setting the Learn Mode
You can start battery learn cycles manually or automatically. Perform the
following steps to choose the learn mode:
1. Open the drop-down menu in the Auto Learn Mode field.
2. Set the learn mode as Auto (the default ) or Manual.
3. Click Go.
Note
: For the best system performance, type 30 in the Auto
Learn Period (days) field to set the interval between cycles
to 30 days.
Note:
When you replace the battery assembly, the charge cycle
counter is reset automatically.
