This command is used to read the power factor of electronic load.
Command syntax:
MEASure[:SCALar]:POWer:PFACtor?

FETCh:POWer:REACtive?
This command is used to read the reactive power of VAR as the unit.
Command syntax:

This command is used to read the resistance value of ohm as the unit.
