the
CA-DST

being

Turning
Power
Turning
the
CA-D5T
On
Saber
Press
the
POWER
button.
The
displays
come
on
and
the
Standby
indicator
goes
out.

The
CA-DST
comes
on
ready
to
do
whatever
it
was
doing
when
the
power
was
last
shut
off.
If
the
last
thing
you
were
doing
was
listening
to
a
tape
in
Deck
B,
you
are
now
ready
to
listen
to
a
tape
again
in
Deck
B,
or
you
can
change
to
another
source.

If
you
were
listening
to
the
Tuner
last,
the
Tuner
comes
on
playing
the
station
it
was
last
set
to.

CA-D5T
Off

Press
the
POWER
button
again.
The
Standby
indicator
lights
up
and
the
displays
blank,
except
for
the
clock
display.

Some
power
(17
watts)
is
always
consumed
even
though
power
is
turned
off
(called
Standby
Mode).

To
switch
off the
Unit
completely,
unplug
the
AC
power
cord
from
the
AC
outlet.
When
you
unplug
the
AC
power
cord,
the
clock
will
reset
to
0:00
right
away,
and
preset
Tuner
stations
will
be
erased
after
a
few
days.
