Necessary Settings before Use
Be sure to configure the following three settings
before use.
Power Related Preparations
(Using the Battery Pack)

Set the power switch to OFF.
Slide while pressing down the lock button.

Attach the battery pack.
Slide the battery pack down until it locks in
place.
Power off

Recording

To detach the battery pack
Slide and hold BATT. (墌 step 2), then remove
the battery pack.
To check the remaining battery power
(墌 pg. 14)
Required charging / recording time
The times shown above are approximate times.
The values within ( ) are the times when the
LED light is on.

Charge the battery pack by
connecting to the AC adapter.
● The power/charge lamp blinks to indicate
charging has started.
● When the lamp goes out, charging is
finished. Unplug the AC adapter/power cord
from the AC outlet and disconnect the AC
adapter from the camera.
