(11) Cannot watch pay channels.
- Check in the menu that you have a valid and working subscription to the channels you wish to view.
- Contact your network operator for more information.
(12) If you accidentally cut the power cord, attach a new plug following the steps below. If in doubt, contact your local
retailer.
- Never connect to the larger terminal marked with an “E”, the safety earth symbol “ ” or coloured green or
green-and-yellow.
- The wires in the mains lead on this product are coloured with the
followingcode:
Blue:Neutralwire(connecttotheblackterminal,oronemarked“N”)
Brown:Livewire(connecttotheredterminal,oronemarked“L”)

Audio not available
The channel has a video signal, but no audio is
provided.
Press the audio button on your remote control to confirm
that the channel has audio options.
