Unbleached white bread
flour
600g 450g 350g
Salt 1½ tsp 1½ tsp 1tsp
Sugar 4tsp 1tbsp 2tsp
Vegetable oil 1½ tbsp 1½ tbsp 1tbsp
Easy blend dried yeast 1½ tsp 1½ tsp 1tsp
1 Put the egg/eggs into the measuring cup or jug and add sufficient water to give:-

Liquid up to 380ml 400ml 290ml 300ml 245ml
2 Add the ingredients to the pan in the order listed in the above recipe.
