REMARK
If the cutting edge and the end bit on both sides are worn out,
replace with new ones.
When wear has developed to the mounting face of mount plate
(1), repair the mounting surface and then replace with new
cutting edges.

Remove the cutting edge and the end bit and clean the
mounting surface.
5. Reverse or replace the cutting edge and the end bit when worn
out.
Tightening torque for mounting nut
Sigmadozer: 1330 to 1660 Nm (136 to 169 kgm , 983.7 to
1222.4 lbft)
Angledozer: 738 to 999 Nm (75.3 to 101.9 kgm , 544.6 to 737
lbft)
Semi U-dozer, U-dozer: 735.5 to 1000 Nm (75 to 102 kgm ,
542.5 to 737.8 lbft)
If bolt (2) and nut (3) are damaged, replace them with new ones at the same time.
Loosen nut (3) remove bolt (2), then replace or turn.

Install the cutting edge on the blade and tighten the bolt temporarily. Press the blade against the ground to
eliminate the play of bolt (2), then tighten the bolt to the specified torque.
