17. Insert the key in the starting switch and turn the key to the ON
position (B).
The electric priming pump is actuated.

Hold the key at the ON position (B) for 30 seconds, then return
it to OFF position (A) and wait for 10 seconds.
19. Repeat Steps 17 and 18 four times.

After replacing the filter cartridge, start the engine and run it at low idling for 10 minutes.
Check for leakage of fuel from the filter seal surface and tranparent cap mounting. If any fuel is leaking, check
the tightening of the filter cartridge. If there is still fuel leakage, repeat Steps 1 - 7 to remove the filter cartridge,
and if any damage or embedded foreign material in the packing surface is found, replace it with a new cartridge
and repeat Steps 8 - 20 to install it.
