10.1 Service schedule
Every 40 operating hours/after every race
Every 20 operating hours
Check that the electrical equipment is functioning properly. ● ●
Check and charge the battery. (All 200/250/300 models) ● ●
Check the front brake linings. ( p. 83) ● ●
Check the rear brake linings. ( p. 87) ● ●
Check the brake discs. ( p. 82) ● ●
Check the brake lines for damage and leakage. ● ●
Check the rear brake fluid level. ( p. 86) ● ●
Check the free travel of the foot brake lever. ( p. 85) ● ●
Check the frame and swingarm. ● ●
Check the swingarm bearing. ●
Check the heim joints at the top and bottom of the shock absorber. ● ●
Check the tire condition. ( p. 92) ● ●
Check the tire air pressure. ( p. 93) ● ●
Check the wheel bearing for play. ● ●
Check the wheel hubs. ● ●
Check the rim run-out. ● ●

Grease all moving parts (e.g. side stand, hand lever, chain, ...) and check for smooth operation. ● ●
