Original instructions
Overview
1. Identify why it is in mismatch.
2. Write down parameters under “Hood status” menu.
3. Remove front panel.
4. Delete current configuration.
5. Create new configuration.
6. Scan in filters.
7. Set Semicon Trig. Value.
8. Scan in User cards.
9. Enter network parameters (if applicable).
10. Set fan speeds.
11. Set alarm delays & choose sash type.
12. Authorize administrator for alarms.
13. Set audible alarms.
14. Calibrate the sash.
15. Turn on hood and check operation.
Step 1 Identify why it is in mismatch.
You must first identify why it is in mismatch. To do this:
Insert the maintenance card in the cardholder on the GFH and in the window
you will see:
Hardware configuration mismatch 9A
(Maintenance)
Hardware Mismatch
Hood Status
Administration menu
Maintenance menu
At the “Hardware Mismatch” press “Ok” to open the menu.
Then arrow down to see which component it says has failed or is
unidentifiable. If it is a fan, for example, you may reconfigure but if it is any
other component you must contact Labconco Product Service.
