2.2 Layoutofwarningnoces
Safety instrucons protect against injury to persons or damage to property. The measures
described for the prevenon of hazards must be complied with.
DANGER
Indicates an extremely hazardous situaon. Failure to comply with this instrucon will
result in severe irreparable injury and even death.
WARNING
Indicates an extremely hazardous situaon. Failure to comply with this instrucon may
result in severe irreparable injury and even death.
CAUTION
Indicates a hazardous situaon. Failure to comply with this instrucon may result in slight
to medium injury.
NOTE
Indicates a material hazard. Failure to comply with this instrucon may result in material
damage.
2.3 Residual hazards
The user must take the residual hazards menoned into consideraon in the risk assessment
for his/her machine/system.
If the above is disregarded, this may result in injuries to persons and material damage!

Electrostaccharges
Before working on the product, the sta must ensure they are free of any electrostac
charges.
Electrical voltage
Before working on the product, check that all power connecons are de-energized!
Aer the mains power has been disconnected, the power connecons carry considerable
hazardous electrical voltage for the me stated on the product!
High leakage current
Implement xed installaon and PE connecon!
Hot surface
Use personal protecve equipment or wait unl the device has cooled down!
Motor
In the event of a short circuit of two power transistors, a residual movement of up to 180°/
number of pole pairs on the motor may occur (e.g. 4-pole motor): residual movement max.
180 °/2 = 90°).
