Panel Pre-Authorizations
Dear Valued Service Partners —
We are always striving to find new ways to improve customer satisfaction. To
ensure this and produce the best cost-effective service, we require all In-Warranty
panel jobs to be pre-authorized before any repair. Please see below for the Panel
Pre-Authorization guidelines.
Panel Pre-Authorization Overview
Panel Authorization is required when ordering panels for All LED TV 60” &
above OR All OLED regardless of size.

Must contact TCC for Panel Authorization prior to installing replacement panel

If panel is ordered or on hand, call TCC before installing
✔
Include the Panel Authorization # in the ASC Remark field
✔
Claims without Panel Authorizations will not be paid

Troubleshooting will be Performed Prior to Panel Authorization:
