Bulletin Type: Quality Parts Others Applicable only with symptoms with every repair
Symptoms - BLDC geared auger motor causing a grinding noise.
Cause - Not enough grease was applied.
1) Before replacing the dispenser assembly (600C/612A), check motor’s cavity number and manufacture date.
2) If Cavity number is P,U,X or motor was produced during 1/1/2019~10/31/2019,
order a new dispenser assembly and replace
* Rework(applied grease) has been completed for applicable S/N (901~910).
“-” mark on the motor label
3) After installing a new dispenser assembly,
operate Cube/Crush mode three times for 10 seconds.
* Contact TCC if noise does not disappear
