If the signal source is DVD, press the DVD SETUP button on the remote control. Press the buttons to select the Digital Setup
menu, and the
buttons to select the menu options. Press the DVD Setup button to exit the menu.
In Setup mode, the disc playback function will not be available.
Option Description
DYNAMIC RANGE When the dynamic range is set to FULL, the soft music will
be automatically increase, and the loudness of the music will
automatically decrease.
When the dynamic is set to OFF, the function will be disabled.
This setting is used to play Dolby Digital encoded disc.
This function is suitable to use at night.
DUAL MONO STEREO
The player will output both left channel and right channel
audio.
MONO L
It means that the player will output left channel audio only.
MONO R
The player will output right channel audio only.
MIX MONO
The player will output the average signal of the left channel
and right channel audio.
This setting is used to play Dolby AC-3 encoded 2
channel discs. This setting may not be adjustable for
some discs.

Setup menu, and the
buttons to select the menu options. Press the DVD Setup button to exit the menu.
In Setup mode, the disc playback function will not be available.
Option Description
AUDIO OUT LT/RT
Select this option when the DVD player is connected to
external amplifier with Pro-Logic decoding function.
STEREO
Press the
button to select the STERO, and then press the
OK button to confirm it.
VSS
Press the
button to select the VSS (Virtual Surround Sound),
and then press the OK button to confirm it.
