TRAVAUX DE MAINTENANCE
Remplacer la courroie

Demonter le disque
a
decouper (voir egalement ,,nettoyer le
capot de protection).
Desserrer legerement la poignee-etoile (D/3, modele
7000,
7001) ou la manette de serrage (modele 9500, 9501) et
basculer entierement lecapot de protection (D/4) vers I’arriere.
Desserrer legerement les ecrous de fixation (D/1) et la vis
(D/7)
.
Desserrer la vis de serrage avec la cle
a
fourche fournie
(DE) de2a3toursvers lagauche pourdetendrelacourroie.
Devisser les ecrous de fixation (D/1) et retirer la protection
de la roue
a
chaine (D/2).
Tourner la vis de fixation (en sens inverse horaire) jusqu’au
bout.
Retirer le dispositif de decoupage (D/6)

ATTENTION: Pour tout travail sur la d-copeuse, iI est
imperatif d’arrQter le moteur, de retirer le
disque’decouper, de tirer la cosse de bougie
et de porter les gants de protection!
ATTENTION
:
Ne demarrer la decoupeuse qu’apres remon-
tage complet de I’ensemble.

:
Etant donne que nombreuses pieces non abordees dans ce
manuel d’utilisation sonten
partiedesdispositifsdesecurite
importants et comme toute piece est egalement soumise
a
une certaine usure, uneverification et maintenance reguliere
doit Qtre effectuee par un atelier specialise MAKITA pour
garantir votre securite.

Desserrer et enlever les vis (E/8)
Retirer la t6le protege-main (E/9) et enlever la t61e de
protection (E/lO) du bras de transmission.
Enlever I’ancienne courroie
ou
les restes de courroie. Nettoyer
I’interieur du bras de transmission avec un pinceau.
Poser la nouvelle courroie (E/ll) autour de la poulie de
courroie (E/12) et introduire dans le bras de transmission.

Poser la t61e de protection et serrer avec la vis (F/8).
-
Faire glisser la t61e protege-main (F/9) sur le bras de
transmission et serrer (F/13) la vis
a
la main.
Montage du bras de transmission et tendre la courroievoir
chapitre ,,Montage du bras de transmission et du disque
a
decouper“ ou ,,Tendre la courroie“.

Nettoyer le capot
de
protection

I’interieurde la t6le de protection se constituent desdep6ts de
matiere (notamment lors du decoupage au mouille) susceptibles
d’empgcher la rotation du disque
a
decouper.
-
Demonter le disque adecouperet enlever le second disque
de butee (G/14) (sur le modele 9500/9501, il ya un anneau-
adaptateur (G/15) avant le disque de butee).
Enlever les depbts de matiere
a
I’interieur
du
capot
de
protection (G/16) avec une baguette en bois
ou
objet similaire.
Nettoyer I’arbre (G/17) et toutes les pieces demonteesavec
un chiffon.
