Charge control lamp on the terminal box
A charge control lamp is fitted on the ter-
minal box.
This should only light up at “Ignition on”.
As soon as the engine is running, this
lamp should go out.
If it lights up when the engine is running,
there is a defect in the dynamo.
The battery is no longer being charged.
The monitoring system reports the fault
“Failure of charge voltage”.
A restart can thus be a problem.
