Information below from drawing A19443, Sheet 12:
Connect the Drum 6 winch wire rope (F) to the main strut:
Run the Drum 6 winch wire rope (F) through the winch equalizer assembly (A), the wire rope guide (B), and the
snatch block (C) on the main strut insert.
Attach the Drum 6 winch wire rope (F) to the dead end (D) on the wire rope guide (B).
Remove the safety pin (I) on the wire rope guide (B) rope guard (H). Position the rope guard (H) so that it does
NOT cover the top of the sheave (J).
Remove the retaining pin (G) so that it no longer holds down the snatch block (C). Then reinsert the retaining pin
(G).
Leave enough slack in the Drum 6 winch wire rope (F) to move it to the left side of the wire rope guide (E).
