If your vehicle has fittings for two-way radio
equipment(e.g. taxis, hire carsorofficial vehi-
cles),use the power supplyoraerialconnec-
tionsintended for use with the basic wiring.
Be sure to observe the manufacturer's addi-
tional instructions wheninstalling the fittings.

Have aftermarket radio frequency trans-
mitting equipment installed at aqualified
specialist workshop. Mercedes-Benzrec-
ommends that you use aMercedes-Benz
Service Centre for thispurpose.
The transmission output at the aerial base
must not exceed the maximum values below.
