Service Assistance
Your satisfaction with your outboard product is very important to your dealer and to
us. If you ever have a problem, question or concern about your outboard product,
contact your dealer or any Authorized Mercury Marine Dealership. If additional
assistance is required, take these steps.
1.Talk with the dealership’s sales manager or
service manager. If this has already been
done, then contact the owner of the
dealership.
2.Should you have a question, concern or
problem that cannot be resolved by your
dealership, please contact Mercury Marine
Service Office for assistance. Mercury
Marine will work with you and your
dealership to resolve all problems.
The following information will be needed by the service office:
• Your name and address
• Daytime telephone number
• Model and serial number of your outboard
• The name and address of your dealership
• Nature of problem
