Instrumentation
The following is a brief explanation of instrumentation typically found on some boats. The owner/operator should
be familiar with all instruments and their functions on the boat.
1 Speedometer - indicates boat speed.
2 Tachometer - indicates engine RPM.
3 Oil Pressure Gauge - indicates engine oil pressure.
4 Battery Meter - indicates battery voltage.
5 Water Temperature Gauge - indicates engine operating temperature.
6 Fuel Gauge: Indicates quantity of fuel in tank.
7 Hour Meter - records engine running time.
8 Bilge Blower Switch: Operates bilge blower (If so equipped - See “Starting,Shifting and Stopping
procedure).
9 Ignition Switch - allows operator to start and stop engine.
