VI. Our obligation under this Warranty shall be limited to re-
pairing a defective part or AT OUR OPTION, refunding the
purchase price or replacing such part or parts with new or
Mercury certified remanufactured parts as shall be neces-
sary to remedy any malfunction resulting from defects in
material or workmanship as covered by this Warranty. We
reserve the right to improve the design of any Product with-
out assuming any obligation to modify any Product pre-
viously manufactured.
VII. ALL INCIDENTAL AND/OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAM-
AGES ARE EXCLUDED FROM THIS WARRANTY. WAR-
RANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS ARE
EXCLUDED FROM THIS WARRANTY. IMPLIED WAR-
RANTIES ARE LIMITED TO THE LIFE OF THIS WAR-
RANTY. SOME COUNTRIES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITA-
TIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY
LASTS OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCI-
DENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE
ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT AP-
PLY TO YOU.
VIII. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may
also have other legal rights which vary from country to
country.
