Resolving A Problem
Satisfaction with your MerCruiser product is very important to your
dealer and to us. If you ever have a problem, question or concern
about your power package, contact your dealer or any Authorized
Mercruiser Dealership. If additional assistance is required, take
these steps.

Talk with the dealership’s sales manager
or service manager. If this has already been
done, then contact the owner of the dealer-
ship.

Should you have a question, concern or
problem that cannot be resolved by your deal-
ership, please contact Mercury Marine Ser-
vice Office for assistance. Mercury Marine will
work with you and your dealership to resolve
all problems.
The following information will be needed
by the service office:
• Your name and address
• Daytime telephone number
• Model and serial numbers for your power package
• The name and address of your dealership
• Nature of problem
