Note: The INTELLECTUAL EYE sensor (or human detector) on the smart panel is used to detect the location of the human
body.

The faulty IDU and other IDUs of the same system: operate normally.
ODU of the same system: operate normally.
Error trigger
If the control board of intelligent panel has lost communication with the INTELLECTUAL EYE sensor for 10s
and a fault signal has been sent to the IDU main control board

Cause 2: The IDU main control board
is damaged
Cause 5: If the error cannot be
cleared after causes 1/2/3/4 have
been eliminated, the human detector
is damaged
Replace the main
control board of the
IDU
Replace the human
detector
Cause 1: The communication cable
between the human detector and the
control board on the intelligent panel
is loose
Connect the cable
properly
Cause 3: The control board on the
intelligent panel is damaged
Replace the control
board on the
intelligent panel
Cause 4: The intelligent panel is
connected to a wrong IDU
Replace the panel or
IDU
