Fitting a different type of
exhaust filter
Depending on the model, your vacuum
cleaner may be supplied with an Active
Air Clean filter or an Active HEPA filter
which can be fitted instead of the stan
-
dard Super Air Clean filter.
To change the type of filter, the Super
Air Clean Filter and the filter grille first
need to be removed, and the new type
of filter then fitted instead.
When do I need to change the
Active Air Clean filter or the
Active HEPA filter?
These types of filter need to be
changed approx. once a year. Make a
note of the date on the filter.
How do I change the Active Air
Clean filter or the Active HEPA
filter?

Open the dust compartment lid.

Lift out the old exhaust filter a.

Replace it with the new filter b.

Close the dust compartment lid.
