36 Using your Answering Machine
10.7 Remote access on/o and change remote PIN
1. Press M, scroll i or d to Answ. machine and press M.
2. Scroll d to Remote access and press M.
3. Scroll i or d to select Activate , Deactivate or Change PIN .
4. Press M to confirm.
If you choose Change PIN enter the old PIN and press M.
5. Enter the new PIN and press M.
6. Re-enter the new PIN.
7. Press M to confirm.
10.8 Voice language
1. Press M, scroll i or d to Answ. machine and press M.
2. Scroll d to Voice language and press M.
3. Scroll i or d to select the required language and press M to confirm.
10.9 Memory full
The memory is full if there is less than 15 seconds of recording time left or if
the maximum total of 59 messages has been reached.
When the memory becomes full:
• C flashes quickly on the handset display.
• The handset will display Memory full in idle mode
• The machine will automatically switch to Answer Only mode.
If the memory becomes full while a caller is leaving a message, they will hear a
beep and the call is ended.
