RADIO OVERVIEW
Programmable Button
Allows you to choose level or toggle options for
features the Menu is on.
Default set to Backlight Mode.
Note: Buttons , , SB1 and SB2 are
programmable . For example: Scramble,
Scan/Nuisance Channel Delete, Monitor
and Call Tones. To learn more about how to
program these buttons, refer to “Customer
Programming Software (CPS)” on page 40
Side Buttons
Push-to-Talk (PTT) Button
Press and hold down this button to talk, release it
to listen.
Side Button 1 (SB1)
The Side Button 1 is a general button that can be
configured by the Customer Programming
Software - CPS. The SB1 default setting is
‘Monitor’.
Side Button 2 (SB2)
The Side Button 2 is a general button that can be
configured by the CPS. The SB2 default setting is
‘Scan/Nuisance Channel Delete’.
The Lithium-Ion (Li-Ion) Battery
XT Series comes with a Standard Capacity
Li-Ion battery. Other batteries may be available.
