Overview
Product description
The Basis Wireless 868 MHz is an intel-
ligent connection unit for single room
control for both surface heating and
surface cooling systems. The Wireless
System 868 MHz is comprised of the
Thermostat Wireless AR 4070 SF / KF /
KF2E and the Actuator A 4004. The 24 V
transformer supplies operating voltage
to the Basis Wireless and the connected
Actuators. The actuators are, then, con-
trolled through the Basis Wireless by
the cable-free connection of the wire-
less thermostats. The integrated inter-
face of the Basis Wireless allows for ad-
ditional functionality through extension
modules at any time.
The Wireless System 868 MHz provides
comfortable and simple single room
control for multiple heating zones. The
Wireless System 868 MHz is appropriate
for new construction or for retrofit-
ting privately owned homes with ex-
isting installations. The installation of
a wireless system is simplified through
the cable-free installation of the Wire-
less Thermostats. The specially coded
wireless data transmission ensures the
clear transmission of data in almost all
areas of application. The user-friendly
plug/clamp connections minimise the
required installation time of actuators.
The modular structure of the Basis unit
allows for extension of the system at
any time.

ing transmission range; overcoming ceiling shields;
or improving reception inside the heating circuit
distributor closet. Includes mounting bracket and
5 m line. Line lengths of up to 20 m are avail-
able; additional voltage supply is not necessary.
