Symptom, Problem and Repair Solution
The following problems can occur with the Bluetooth and FM radio hardware:

Unable to switch on Bluetooth on
phone user interface
Open circuit solder joints or
component failure of BTFMH ASIC
or SMD components.
Replacement of BTFMH ASIC
Able to send data file to another
Bluetooth device, but unable to
hear audio through functional

component failure of BTFMH ASIC
(PCM interface).
Replacement of BTFMH ASIC
Able to turn switch on Bluetooth
on phone user interface, but
unable to detect other Bluetooth
