Basic steps for accessing and using services
1. Save the service settings that are required to access the service that you want
to use. See Setting up the phone for a service on page 129.
2. Make a connection to the given service. See Making a connection to a service
on page 130.
3. Start browsing the pages of the service. See Browsing the pages of a service on
page 130.
4. Once you are finished browsing, end the connection to the service. See
Disconnect from a service on page 132.
Setting up the phone for a service
Your phone may have stored some service settings. Additional settings may be
received as a configuration message from the service provider that offers the
service that you want to use. To receive the service settings as a configuration
message, see Configuration settings service on page 19 and Configuration
settings on page 98.
For more information and for the appropriate settings, contact your service
provider.
