7. Messaging
Your device has a messaging key, see “Keys and parts,” p. 15 and 16. You can quickly
view Conversations, create a new message, or make a call by pressing the
Messaging key.
Conversations
Received messages are stored in the Conversations folder.
Conversations or multiple messages sent and received between you and another
contact are also saved in the Conversations folder. Text messages are organized
into easy to read conversations. This gives you the ability to easily view entire
conversations with a single contact in a chat-like interface.
You can read, create, send, and save messages.
To send the message, select Send. The device saves the message in the Sent folder
and sending starts.
When sending messages, your device may display the words Message sent. This
indicates that the message has been sent by your device to the message center
number programmed into your device. For more details about messaging services,
contact your service provider.
Note: The message sent icon or text on your device screen does not
indicate that the message is received at the intended destination.
