How to open printer folder
This section describes how to open the printer driver icon folder in each version of Windows.
• For Windows 10 (Version 1703 and later)/ Windows Server 2019

Click [Start] and display the application list.

Select [Windows System] > [Control Panel] > [View devices and printers].
• For Windows Server 2012 R2/ Windows Server 2016
Select [Control Panel] > [View devices and printers].
• For Windows 10/ Windows 8/ Windows 8.1/ Windows Server 2012
Open the control panel and select [View devices and printers].
• For Windows 7/Windows Server 2008 R2
Select [Start] > [Devices and Printers].
