Playback
A -B repeat playback
The voice recorder has a function with which you repeat the playback of a portion (segment) of
the file being played.

Select a file for A-B repeat
playback, and start playback.

Press the
REC
( s) button when
playback reaches the desired
start position for A-B repeat
playback.
TIP
• Y
ou can change the playback
speed (☞P.35), and fast-forward/
rewind (☞P.31) when the [
]
indicator is blinking.
• If playback reaches the end of
the file when the [
] indicator
is blinking, the end of the file
is treated as the segment end
position, and repeat playback
starts.

Press the
REC
( s) button again
when playback reaches the
desired end position for A-B
repeat playback.
• Segment A-B is set, and A-B repeat
playback starts.

Press the
STOP
( 4) button.
• Playback stops. The playback segment
specified for this function is retained.
NOTE
• When an index or t
emp mark is written
or erased during A-B repeat playback,
A-B repeat playback is canceled and
the voice recorder returns to normal
playback.
Canceling A-B repeat playback

STOP
( 4) button while
the voice recorder is in stop
mode.
NOTE
• When the REC (s) butt
on is pressed
during A-B repeat playback the
setting is canceled without disrupting
playback.
