Error Messages
If the buzzer sounds and “U”/“H” and “Number” are alternately displayed, check the following.

If the problem persists or any other malfunctions occur, pull out the power plug and contact a service person for service.
● Cancel Child Lock (P. 10) when it is active.
Symptoms Checkpoints
Water cannot be drained.
■Check the drain water hose for the following abnormality.
● Is it crushed?
● Is lint clogged?
● Is the tip soaked in water?
● Is a part of hose at a height of over 10 cm midway? (P. 12)
● Is the extension hose longer than 3 m? (P. 12)
The lid is open.
● Is the lid open?
Spin or Air Dry
does not work.
● Is the laundry on one side?
→ Arrange the laundry evenly in the tub, and then close the lid.
● Is the washing machine on an unstable location or inclined floor surface?
→ The operation will resume by open/close of the lid.
Water cannot be
supplied.
● Is the water faucet turned on?
● Water failure?
● Is the water supply filter clogged with dust? (P. 11)
● Water is forcibly drained since the lid has been open for 10 seconds or more with Child Lock (P. 10)
function set.
→ Pull out the power plug and reconnect after 5 seconds.
● Inspection is required.
→ Pull out the power plug. Then, contact a service person and explain the displayed content
(2-digit number after “H”).
