Pull the plug out of the socket imme-
diately if the power cable is dam-
aged, tangled or cut.
Keep others away! Maintain a safe
distance!
Operation
NOTE
► Always remove the blade guard
when
working with the hedge trimmer.
Switching on and off
ATTENTION!
► In the event of imminent danger or an emer-
gency switch off the motor immediately and
unplug the appliance.
WARNING!
► Never use the hedge trimmer while you are
tired, ill or under the influence of alcohol or
other drugs or medications.
NOTE
► Please note that legal restrictions in your
country may limit your use of the hedge trim-
mer.
► Inspect the hedge trimmer daily before every
use. Also check the hedge trimmer after
knocks and drops to rule out any significant
damage or defects.
► For the sake of your health, take regular
breaks while working. Physical fatigue in-
creases the risk of injury!
► Remove thicker branches with a branch cutter.
Switching on:
♦ Connect the power cable
to an extension
cable.
♦ Form a loop at the end of the extension cable
and attach this to the strain relief
.
♦ Press the safety lock-out
and keep it pressed
and then press the On/Off switch .
