4. TROUBLESHOOTING
If the UPS system is not operating correctly, troubleshoot the problem by using the table below.
Symptom
Possible causes
Repair
There is no indication and alarm on
the front display panel despite
normal electricity.
AC input power is not well
connected.
Check that the input cable is
firmly connected to the power
source.
Warning code 0B .
The EPO function is enabled. At
this time, the EPO switch is in
the "OFF" or jumper state opens.
Set the circuit in the closed
position to disable the EPO
function.
Warning code 01 .
The external or internal battery is
connected incorrectly.
Check that all batteries are
well connected.
Warning code 09.
UPS overloaded.
Remove excess load from UPS
output.
UPS overloaded. Devices
connected to the UPS are fed
directly by the power grid via
Bypass.
Remove excess load from UPS
output.
After repeated overloads, the
UPS locks in Bypass mode.
Connected devices are fed
directly by electricity.
Remove excess load from UPS
output first. Then turn off the
UPS and turn it back on.
The error code is displayed as 43.
The UPS was overloaded for too
long and became damaged.
Then the UPS turns off
automatically.
Remove excess load from UPS
output and turn it back on.
Error codes are displayed as 14, 15,
16, 17, 18 or 19,
The UPS turns off automatically
due to a short circuit in the UPS
output.
Check the output cable and
whether the connected device
is in a short circuit state.
Another error code s is displayed on
the LCD screen and the alarm
beeps continuously.
An internal UPS error occurred.
Contact your dealer
Battery backup time is shorter than
face value .
The battery is not fully charged.
Charge the battery for at least
7 hours, then check its
capacity. If the problem
persists, contact your dealer.
Battery defects
Contact your dealer to replace
the battery.
Warning code 0A.
The fan is locked or
malfunctioning. Or the UPS
temperature is too high .
Check the fan and notify the
dealer .
Warning code 02.
The neutral input cable is
disconnected.
Check and correct the input
neutral connection. If the
connection is fine and the
warning still appears, please
enter the LCD settings menu è
of ADVANCE è User è
Electronic. Then, select "CHE"
on the Neutral Line Check item
and restart the UPS.
