3.5.1. BT_EN
BT_EN is used to control the Bluetooth function of FC80A. Bluetooth function will be enabled when
BT_EN is at high level.

3.5.2. UART Interface
FC80A supports an HCI UART as defined in Bluetooth Core Specification Version 5.0. The UART
supports hardware flow control, and it is used for data transmission with host. It supports up to 4.0 Mbps
baud rates.
The following table shows the pin definition of UART interface.

The voltage range of the Bluetooth UART interface of FC80A is determined by VDDIO. It is necessary to
pay attention to whether the voltage range of host and FC80A Bluetooth UART interface is consistent. If
necessary, voltage-level translator shall be added.
The following figure shows a reference design for UART interface connection between FC80A and host.
