4. Local library:
All your audio files are stored. The RCA Digital Voice Manger imports all files from
your device to this location. You can create new folders, rename existing folders
and move files between folders.
5. Audio Toolbar:
Contains a set of easy to use controls that will allow you to perform basic
operations on your files including listening and advanced audio enhancements.
Note: A file has to be in the queue before you can use these controls.

Welcome to RCA Digital Voice Manager
RCA's Digital Voice Manager offers a suite of features that will allow the user to
efficiently manage their digital voice files. These features include audio playback,
audio file enhancement and normalization for better playback quality.
Furthermore these files can be easily transcribed into text in a few clicks, through
the RCA-Verbalink Interface. The audio files can also be shared with others via our
email interface.
The help manual will provide an in-depth guide of how best to use these
