Append
Insert
To add to an existing recording
The append function provides an easy way to edit a file when you are recording
a list (e.g. a grocery shopping list). This enables you to add items to the end of a
file.
To append voice data to the end of a file:
1. During playback, press REC•PAUSE .
2. Press / or
+ / - to select APPEND and press to start recording. The
recording will begin from the end of the currently seleted file.
3. Press STOP to stop the recording.
To insert a new segment into the current file
1. During playback, press REC•PAUSE .
2. Press / or
+ / - to select INSERT and press to start recording. The
newly recorded segment will be inserted from this point.
3. Press STOP to stop the recording of new segment.
