Operations stored in memory are deleted after switching the calculator off, by
pressing
[ON]
, upon reset, change of format display or calculation mode.
If the memory is full, the oldest records will gradually be replaced with the
latest ones.
Memory-based calculations
The calculator has 9 different memories available for repeated use: A, B, C, D,
E, F, M, X, Y. A real number can be saved in any of the 9 memories.

enables saving the value into
a given variable.

[Y]
deletes content of a selected
variable.
•
[ALPHA]

in the calculation.
•
[2ND][CLR][2][=]
deletes all variables.
When using common memory, please adhere to the following rules:
• Press
[M+]
to add the result in the common memory, the “M” indicator is
displayed on the screen when the number is saved in the memory. Press
[RCL][M]
to recall the value from the memory.
• Recalling values from the memory by means of
[RCL][M]
will not affect its
content.
• The common memory is not available in the mode of statistical calculations.
• The memory of the M variable and common memory use the same memory
area.
• To rewrite the memory content with the number displayed on the screen, press
[2ND][STO][M]
.
• To erase the common memory content, press
[0][2ND][STO][M][=]
.
Note
: Besides saving the value in the memory by using
[2ND][STO][M]
, you
can also add the value in the variable stored in the memory by pressing
[M+]
.
Whenever
[2ND][STO][M]
is used, the original value stored in the memory
is deleted and replaced with a new value. Use
