Photo Mode : Setting the Capturing Options
Setting the BLC (Backlight Compensation)
The Backlight Compensation function helps to make the subject
brighter when the subject is in front of a window or the subject is too
dark to distinguish. You can use this function when
using the Sports Camcorder in the bright backgrounds
including snow scenes.
1. Press the [POWER] button to turn on the
Sports Camcorder.
◆ The Movie Record screen appears.
2. Set the
Photo mode by pressing the [MODE]
button.
◆ The Photo Capture screen appears.
3. Press the [MENU] button.
Move the [Joystick] left /right to select <BLC>.
4. Move the [Joystick] up / down to select an
option, and then press the [Joystick(OK)].
◆ <On>: Set the BLC function.
◆ <Off>: Cancel the BLC function.
5. Press the [MENU] button to exit the menu.
◆ The selected function icon (
) is displayed.
◆ If you select <Off>, no icon is displayed.

✤ The BLC is set to <Off> when the Sports
Camcorder is turned off.
✤ While the menu screen is displayed, pressing the
[Record / Stop] button will move to Photo Capture
mode.

Einstellen der BLC-Funktion (Gegenlicht-Ausgleich)
Der Gegenlicht-Ausgleich lässt das Motiv heller wirken, wenn es vor
einem Fenster steht oder wenn es sich schlecht vom Hintergrund
abhebt, weil es zu dunkel ist. Diese Funktion ist ideal,
wenn Sie den Sports Camcorder für Aufnahmen vor
hellem Hintergrund oder im Schnee verwenden.
1. Drücken Sie die Taste [POWER], um den Sports
Camcorder einzuschalten.
◆ Der Bildschirm Movie Record (Videoaufnahme)
wird angezeigt.
2. Stellen Sie den Modus
Photo (Foto) ein, indem
Sie die Taste [MODE] drücken.
◆ Der Bildschirm zur Fotoaufnahme erscheint.
3. Drücken Sie die Taste [MENU]. Bewegen Sie
den [Joystick] nach links oder rechts, um das
Menü <BLC> auszuwählen.
4. Bewegen Sie den [Joystick] nach oben oder
unten, um die gewünschte Option auszuwählen,
und drücken Sie dann [Joystick(OK)].
◆ <On> (Ein): Stellen Sie die BLC-Funktion ein
(Gegenlicht-Ausgleich).
◆ <Off> (Aus): Löschen Sie die BLC-Funktion.
5. Drücken Sie die Taste [MENU], um das Menü zu
verlassen.
◆ Das Symbol für die gewählte Funktion ( )
wird angezeigt.
◆ Wenn Sie <Off> (Aus) wählen, wird kein
Symbol angezeigt.
[ Hinweise ]
✤ Wenn der Sports Camcorder ausgeschaltet wird,
stellt sich die BLC-Funktion automatisch auf
<Off>(Aus).
✤ Bei angezeigtem Menübildschirm können Sie
durch Drücken der Aufnahme-/Stopptaste in den
Modus Photo Capture (Fotoaufnahme) gelangen.
