Photo Mode : Setting the Capturing Options
Setting the Digital Zoom
As well as the 10x optical zoom, this Sports Camcorder supports 10x
digital zoom which produces a total of 100x zoom.
Exceeding the optical zoom limit will automatically
engage the digital zoom when available. Digital zoom
may produce a grainy picture.
1. Press the [POWER] button to turn on the
Sports Camcorder.
◆ The Movie Record screen appears.
2. Set the
Photo mode by pressing the [MODE]
button.
◆ The Photo Capture screen appears.
3. Press the [MENU] button. Move the [Joystick]
left /right to select <Digital Zoom>.
4. Move the [Joystick] up / down to select an
option, and then press the [Joystick(OK)].
◆ <On>: Enables digital zoom. Attempts to zoom
in more than 10x will automatically apply digital
zooming.(up to 100x)
◆ <Off>: Disables digital zoom. Only optical zoom
10x will be supported for zooming
5. Press the [MENU] button to exit the menu.
◆ When using the digital zoom switch, a digital
zoom indicator appears on the screen.
[ Note ]
✤ While the menu screen is displayed, pressing the
[Record / Stop] button will move to Photo Capture
mode.

Einstellen des digitalen Zooms
Das Gerät verfügt sowohl über einen zehnfachen digitalen, wie auch einen
zehnfachen optischen Zoom, so dass sich insgesamt
ein 100-facher Zoomfaktor ergibt. Beim Vergrößern
über den optischen Zoombereich hinaus wird
automatisch der digitale Zoom zugeschaltet, sofern
dieser verfügbar ist. Die Verwendung des digitalen
Zooms kann zu grobkörnigen Bildern führen.
1. Drücken Sie die Taste [POWER], um den Sports
Camcorder einzuschalten.
◆ Der Bildschirm Movie Record (Videoaufnahme)
wird angezeigt.
2. Stellen Sie den Modus Photo (Foto) ein, indem
Sie die Taste [MODE] drücken.
◆ Der Bildschirm zur Fotoaufnahme erscheint.
3. Drücken Sie die Taste [MENU]. Bewegen Sie den
[Joystick] nach links oder rechts, um das Menü
<Digital Zoom> (Digit. Zoom) auszuwählen.

Bewegen Sie den [Joystick] nach oben oder unten,
um die gewünschte Option auszuwählen, und
drücken Sie dann [Joystick(OK)].
◆ <On> (Ein): Der digitale Zoom ist aktiviert.
Wenn der Zoomfaktor höher als zehnfach
sein soll, wird automatisch der digitale Zoom
verwendet (bis zu 100-fach).
◆ <Off> (Aus): Schaltet den digitalen Zoom aus.
Das Zoomen erfolgt rein über den optischen
Zoom (maximaler Zoomfaktor 10).
5. Drücken Sie die Taste [MENU], um das Menü zu
verlassen.
◆ Wenn der Digitalzoom aktiviert ist, wird auf
dem Bildschirm ein entsprechendes Symbol
angezeigt.
[ Hinweis ]
✤ Bei angezeigtem Menübildschirm können Sie durch
Drücken der Aufnahme-/Stopptaste in den Modus
Photo Capture (Fotoaufnahme) gelangen.
