CONNECTIONS |
Connections to a TV or VCR equipped with a
SCART terminal or AUDIO/VIDEO terminals

Connect the cable yellow connector to the VIDEO output You will need an RF converter and RF cable.

Turn
the
TY
on,
and
start
playback
on
the
camcorder.

When connected, make sure to set the TV/VCR switch on 5 Select an available channel on the TV, e.g. notused ;

With a small screwdriver turn the RF channel screw
on the RF converter until the picture and sound from
the camcorder are played back clearly on the TV.

6 Set the channel on the RF converter to the position
corresponding to your TV setting. The picture and
sound from the camcorder should be played back
on the TV.
If no picture is visible, tune in your TV until the best
picture and sound is obtained.

E Connection for editing to a VCR
When connected, make sure to set the TV/VCR switch on
the TV to “VCR”, and set the input on the VCR to external
input mode.
Please refer to the accessories listing for the cable,
converter and adaptor used for the connections.
Accessories not listed in the accessories listing must
be bought separately.
