AT^SNFI: <inBbcGain>, <inCalibrate> (or the
equivalent AT^SNFA parameters)
AT^SNFO: <outBbcGain>, <outCalibrate[0]> ...
<outCalibrate[4]>, <side Tone>
AT^SAIC: <io>,<mic>,<ep>
