6. Advanced Operation
6.1 Function button
The function button (5) allows you to customise your PMR. The following table lists the
different functions that are available. A description of the functions can be found on the
corresponding page.

If no button is pressed for 5 seconds while changing a setting, the unit will return
to receive mode and changes are applied.
6.2 Setting a Different Channel
When setting a different channel, this needs to be done on both PMR sets in order for you
to be able to communicate with the remote station.
1. Press the button (5) once. The current channel number
will blink on the display.
2. Press the S or T button to set a different channel.
3. Press the PTT button (13) to confirm the setting.
