Préparation
1) Mélangez bien ensemble tous les ingrédients.
2) Versez la pâte à muffi n dans des petits moules à papier du commerce
(diamètre env. 45 mm, hauteur env. 28 mm)
3) Préchauff ez le micro-ondes avec la fonction d'air chaud à 170 °C.
REMARQUE
Si vous avez besoin de plusieurs opérations de cuisson compte tenu du
nombre de muffi ns, un seul préchauff age est nécessaire.
4) Répartissez maintenant les muffi ns uniformément sur le plateau tournant 3.
5) Sélectionnez maintenant le réglage suivant pour le processus de cuisson:
Air chaud 170°C, durée : 12minutes
Soupe aux courgettes
Ingrédients
1 courgette (env. 250 g)
80 ml d'eau
2 cc de bouillon de légumes en poudre
env. 150 g de fromage à pâte fondue (aux herbes)
100 ml de crème fraîche
Préparation
1) Coupez les courgettes en petits dés.
2) Mettez la courgette, l'eau et le bouillon de légumes en poudre dans un
récipient allant au micro-ondes.
3) Démarrez une opération de cuisson au micro-ondes pendant env. 6 minutes
à 700 watts.
4) Ajoutez alors le fromage à pâte fondue et la crème.
5) Démarrez ensuite une autre opération de cuisson au micro-ondes pendant
10 minutes à 600 watts.
REMARQUE
Vous pouvez passer la soupe au mixeur avant de la servir.
Vous obtiendrez ainsi un soupe à la consistance crémeuse.
