Check that the neckband speaker is

Check the volume setting on the neckband
speaker.
The range has been exceeded. Reduce the
distance from the neckband speaker to the
audio playback device.
The audio signal is too weak. Increase the
volume on the audio playback device.

Use a dry, soft cloth to clean the neckband speaker.

Do not immerse the neckband speaker in water. Do not
allow water to enter the neckband speaker.
