HRZ Series 8.4 Offset Function
8.4.1 Example of offset function
When the discharge temperature of the circulating fluid is at 30°C, heat is
dissipated by 1°C to allow the circulating fluid in your system to be 29°C. Under
the above condition, the following process is to be performed with the utilization of
MODEs 1 to 3.
Figure 8-6 Example of Offset Function
When MODE1 is selected
This mode enables this system to exercise temperature control to obtain 31°C
(TEMP SP value +OFFSET value), with OFFSET value set at 1°C. Once the
discharge temperature of the circulating fluid becomes 31°C, 1°C-thermal
dissipation is assured to allow the circulating fluid in your system to be 30°C.
TEMP SP value is obtained for your system.
Note that “31°C” is recorded in TEMP PV and communication data.
