2-12-14. Loading Program
Before using DVS-2000C, load the operating program
supplied from the ROM PACK, to the flash memory in the
system.
The program in the flash memory will not be erased by the
power ON/OFF operation. Once the program is loaded, re-
loading is not necessary until the next version-up of the
program.
Loading of the program comprises the two steps of "Software
Down Loading’ and "RAM and EEPROM initializing’.
Precaution when performing the version-up
When the program is loaded, the setup-data in EEPROM is
initialized to the factory shipped status. The snapshot data
backed up in RAM will be erased.
Before loading the program, take note of the setup data and
snapshot data. Save them in the optional memory pack (BZS-
2090), etc. (Refer to the User's Guide for the details.)
Software Down Loading:
Procedure to downtoad the program for the first time
from the ROM PACK for use in the DVS-2000C.
1. Turn off the power of the processor (DVS-2000C). ~
2. Download the program to the control panel (BKDS-
2010) in accordance with the following (1) through (5).
3. Turn on the power again.
4. Download the program to the processor again in
accordance with the following (1) through (5).
